Jack Eljarrat was Deputy CEO of Avalon Properties, an Ares Management multifamily platform, as it grew to roughly 8,000 homes. He built its full-service property management company from the ground up, alongside the asset management function, to an institutional standard, and designed the proprietary technology stack and data infrastructure the business ran on.
